MSC Hospitality Tours
MSC Hospitality is the Official Host Committee of Texas A&M University. A major part of MSC Hospitality’s duties is giving tours of the MSC, the Texas A&M Campus and the Bonfire Memorial. The committee is one of the sole providers of Bonfire Memorial tours. As a reminder, all MSC Hospitality tour guides are student volunteers. As such, the availability of tours is based on our student availability. E-mail toursandtraditions@msc.tamu.edu for scheduling and additional information.
Tour Scheduling
All tours must be requested with at least 2 weeks notice. The Executive Director of Tours and Traditions will respond to each request within 48 hours. MSC Hospitality aims to be able to fill all tour requests and will work with your group to meet your needs. Tours are available for groups anytime when classes are in session during the Fall and Spring semesters. So, book your tour with us soon!
Please note that during the Summer period, tours may not be fully available based on student tour guide availability.
Tours With Minors or Classrooms

MSC Hospitality reserves the right to decline tours to groups that have repeated behavioral issues on tours.
